THE VISION
The motivation and driving force behind our business is to provide Indigenous-Inclusive programs and services to Tribal communities and Organizations that impact Indigenous Communities. Our work targets Tribal economies/entities, workforce systems, educational institutions, and nonprofits to create forward-thinking solutions to solve problems that empower the Indigenous Voice. Ultimately, our efforts will impact the Indigenous economies both locally and Tribally. Our programs and projects incorporate immersive learning, Indigenous Identity, and multimedia.
Currently we create digital content, multimedia resources, and tools to supplement our work such as our multimedia project REZponse.

Collaboration and Indigenous Identity are the foundations to the work we do within the organization.
We strive to collaborate with individuals, programs, organizations already doing great and innovative things. Most importantly, we work to establish a shared language that encompasses indigenous perspectives and how that aligns to westernize systems.

Workforce Development
We create collaborative System-Level and On-the-Ground Programmatic Workforce Development Initiatives. Initiatives range from career pathways, WIOA, Career Development, Apprenticeships, Stackable Programs, Competency-Based, and Employe-Driven. All programs have the foundation of Indigenous Identity and Self-Awareness to ensure diversity inclusion.
Entrepreneurship
Creating collaborative solutions that support Indigenous entrepreneurs through immersive programs, services, events, and workshops. We utilize an Indigenous Framework to create systems or programs that align to social entrepreneurship and solidarity economy.
Grants Services
Our programs are designed to support Tribal Communities, Grassroots Organizations and Nonprofits identify funding to support their organization. Our grant services are designed to empower organizations to be in a position to develop and manage grants for themselves. We assist by creating systems and identifying an internal person to be able to perform duties such as Grants Management, Public/Private Funding, Grant Writing, and Funding Strategic Planning.
Capacity Building/DEI
Capacity building services are provided to increase knowledge, skill, ability, and awareness in the areas of Cultural Capacity, Diversity and Inclusion, Nonprofit Management, Program Design, and Strategic Planning. The focus of the programs is to better serve Indigenous populations and communities.
Offer Digital Storytelling services to create content to support any initiative utilizing Indigenous-Inclusive production. We utilize our lived experiences and Indigenous perspective to support the all areas of production. We incorporate multimedia solution to build long-term relationships/partnerships forged on respect and mutuality with Indigenous Communities, Movements, and Tribes to serve as a resource for and to advance Indigenous Voices.

We are a social enterprise and much of work is to give back to Indigenous Communities. To increase access and expand our reach, we strive to offer our programs at a low-cost.
